Search Engines
There are several ways
for you to find what you are looking for. Use the
simple search boxes found at the upper left of every
page if you are looking for a specific title, author,
or book ISBN. Select the advanced search page to
search product categories and subjects of interest
Browsing
If you are unsure what
you are looking for or if you just want to browse to
see what's available, you'll find our pages easy to
navigate. Choose the product category you're
interested in from the tabs at the top of each page.
The product tab you are viewing will be displayed in
red to show you where you are. In the left margin on
each product page, you'll find numerous subject
categories. Select the subject of interest and you
will be offered a list of products review. Select a
product from the list to see more detailed
information.
Shopping Cart
Products are easily
added and removed from your shopping cart just as
though you were in a traditional store. Use the 'Buy
Now' buttons to add a product and review the contents
of your shopping cart. Use the trash can icon to
delete products from your cart. When you are ready
proceed to 'Check Out' to purchase the items in your
shopping cart.
Checking Out
All transactions at
3:16 are processes using the latest in encryption
technology including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and
Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) to ensure the
privacy of your information.

Confirmation and Delivery
When you have finished checking out
you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. In
stock items will ship within 24-48 hours. If an item
is not in stock you will receive another e-mail
informing you of the stock status of the item and
offering you the option to back order the product.
Back ordered products will be shipped as soon as they
become available. Your credit card will not be
charged until the item is shipped.
