What happened to the church credit program?
We have decided to discontinue the church credit program. The program did not
turn out to be as effective as we had hoped. However, we will still honor the credit
that you have accumulated. It will show up in your basket on your next purchase.
To replace the program, we have made lowered the pricing of church supplies for
registered churches as an incentive to register. By doing so, we can keep you abreast of

How can I find out more about your shipping rates?
We are doing our best to provide a range of cost effective shipping options to meet
your needs. Our shipping is calculated based on the actual weight of your shipment
and varies based on the destination of the shipment. Early in the check out process
you will be shown a list of available options along with the cost of each option to
ship your order to the address you provided. We have numerous shipping options for
packages within North America and globally designed to provide a range of delivery
choices from lowest cost to fastest delivery. Please contact us if you have specific
delivery questions.
How can I find out more about a product?
We are working hard to provide as much information as possible, including images,
for all our products. We are constantly adding new information as it becomes available
from our suppliers and publishers. In addition to the basic information you will
find for most products, we hope to provide images, descriptions, and excerpts to
assist you in your buying decision. We also welcome customer reviews of products
purchased which we will share to assist other shoppers. We recognize that for many
products, there is not much information currently available making your buying
decision more difficult. To eliminate the risk of making the wrong purchase, 3:16
will refund your entire purchase if you are not satisfied with the product for

How can I check the availability of a product?
When viewing information about a product on the product's detail page, you will
see the Pricing & Checkout box toward the top and right side of the window.
In that box, you will see an indicator of the availability. Typically, you will see
either Ready to Ship, Unavailable, or Inventory Information is not available at this
time.
How do I search for a product at 3:16?
There are several ways to to find what you are looking for at 3:16. If you are searching
for a specific product, you can use our
search
function. By entering a title, author, ISBN number, or keyword, You will be shown a
list of items matching your criteria. If your search is more general, you will find the
product tabs located at the top of each page take you to product departments which offer
specific subject searches on the page sidebars. Click the area of interest and you will
be shown products matching the topic you selected. You will also find lists linking you
to bestselling products and new releases to help you find the hottest and latest
available.
Can I find products by topic or special interests?
Each product department at 3:16 currently has a list of subjects or categories of
special interest. The lists are located on the left side of the window. By clicking
these links you will be provided a list of products
associated with the subject you chose. As your interests become more specialized
we will add additional categories to enhance your ability to browse the store.
Can I remove a product I have added to my shopping basket?
Any time prior to checking out you can add or remove products from your shopping
basket without any obligation to purchase them, just as you would in a physical
store. By clicking on the Shopping Basket icon (in the upper-right corner) you can
check and change the contents
of your cart. Simply click on the Delete icon to remove a product from your cart.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you change your mind after placing an order please
Contact Us with your changes within 24 hours
and we may be able to change your order prior to shipping. Since orders are typically
processed within 24 hours we will not be able to make changes beyond that timing. We cannot guarantee
an order can be modified even within the first 24 hours but we will try. Also, if a products are
returnable, you have the option of returning the unwanted items to us
and we will provide a complete merchandise refund for the items returned.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged on shipments to addresses in Michigan and Minnesota only, otherwise no sales
tax is applied.
Is it safe to use my credit card to order online from 3:16?
With the latest encryption technology
utilized by 3:16, statistically your credit card number is safer online than
being offered by telephone, fax or handed to a salesperson. To further assure
you of its safety, 3:16 will guarantee the security of your transaction by
covering your liability cost ($50) of any fraudulent transactions on your credit
card resulting from its use at our store. If you are still uncomfortable using your
credit card online, we will gladly process your order by phone at 248-706-1161.
Can I receive products outside the USA?
Shipments from 3:16 can be made anywhere in the world. UPS Ground shipment is
available to Canada. For all other international destinations Worldwide mail
is available. Simply make the appropriate shipping selection when you place
your order.
